Hello world!

Hello all my name is Heather. I am currently a full-time student somewhere in the northeastern corner of the US of A and I enjoy all kinds of things, not the least of which is writing about the good, the bad, and the ugly ways in which women are portrayed in fiction and in life. Yes, I am a feminist. I like being a feminist. I also like being married to my husband, taking countless pictures of my animals, reading, writing,  watching Netflix and  long walks by the lake with my dog (who is totally a feminist). I hope you enjoy this blog and please feel free to leave a comment on your way out.
